Arnolfini – Curator of Learning & Participation

 

Arnolfini is one of Europe’s leading centres for the contemporary arts, based in Bristol’s Harbourside. Through a multidisciplinary programme, with a strong emphasis upon learning and participation, Arnolfini’s mission is to foster artistic experiment and engagement across the contemporary arts.

 

The Curator of Learning and Participation is responsible to the Director for the development, delivery and evaluation of the Arnolfini learning and participation programme. As well as focusing on interpretation, learning and participation activities, both on and off-line, it is expected that the Curator of Learning and Participation will contribute extensively to project team working across the organisation. He or she will also be responsible for building audience engagement beyond the building, ensuring we continue to develop relationships with local communities, as well as on-line.

 

Salary £29,000

The General Manager of the Howard Assembly Room is an executive position within Opera North. Supporting the General Director, the position ensures the smooth operational management of the HAR activities.  The position works closely with many different internal and external stakeholders.

 

This interim role will be attractive to candidates who are wishing to further their career in venue management.
