Africa Football Shop are looking to expand its coverage of African Football and we’re looking for your help to develop our product.
We need dedicated passionate sport writers for our fantastic online football platform to write remotely or for an internship in our north London office.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will be able to find and write up to 30-35 short pieces (of approximately 120-150 words) per week for publication on our site.
We focus on Africa’s football from the continent’s grassroots to the major stars of the world game and want someone with a diverse knowledge and an extensive passion for the sport.
– Ability to produce specialised match previews and post-game reports
– Knowledge of the global game and a broad perspective/interest in world football
– Written English to a high standard
– Be highly motivated
– Ability to work under pressure, to organise work and meet deadlines.
– Ability to adapt to changing demands and evidence of an ‘eye’ for interesting news, angles and popular content.
