Edna has a strong consultancy background and is currently the Business Change Lead at GlaxoSmithKline with a global remit to embed new behaviours and transform the way the finance function operates. Edna has successfully applied client-focused techniques to improve business performance in individuals, teams and organisations across Europe, Africa, America and Asia.
She is a specialist in Change Management, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, and Learning & Development. She has a great passion for addressing the strategic people needs in complex organisations. Edna works across sectors and industries and likes the variety, stimulation and opportunity that this brings. Previous roles in consultancy have included the Head of Talent Management, Practice Leader, and Managing Consultant.
Edna owns her own consultancy (Agbarha People Consulting) and likes the freedom that this offers her to create positive change in her clients. Recent consultancy work has included executive coaching assignments and the design and facilitation of an Away Day with the entire Board of the NHS South London CSU to agree the new strategic direction.
