Daren Dixon is a highly experienced and connected international executive who has worked in the fields of A&R, talent management and marketing for the top entertainment compaines in the world.
Dixon most notably discovered and signed globally successful alternative band Kasabian to RCA Records. He then further enhanced his growing reputation as a leading international talent executive by working closely with some of the worlds leading talent such as Beyonce, Miguel, Selena Gomez,Belen Rodriguez, Kelly Rowland, Solange Knowles, Keri Hilson and Jennifer Lopez.
Dixon currently plays a vital role in devising and delivering international talent and brand partnerships. Daren leads a young diverse team of 15 creative entrepreneurs at Above & Beyond who strive to help talent and brands find fresh and memorable ways to succeed.
Some of Dixons standout campaign work has included a fantastic Selena Gomez ‘Tap Water’ UNICEF project, aligning a Kasabian partnership for the unveiling the new England Away shirt, a visually superb campaign that has made Miss Sixty a more sexy and edgy brand featuring Belen Rodriguez, Solange Knowles Rimmel London campaign, aligning actress Zoe Saldana to the Calvin Klein Envy campaign, Brokering deals for Kelly Rowland to front global campaigns for River Island, Lotus Evora and Nike ‘Human Race’ , Ensuring talent from the worlds of film and music support Fashion Against AIDS and MTV Staying Alive to help spread the message of safe sex and HIV/AIDS prevention to young people around the globe.
